Starswirl thought for a moment, as they passed an empty hallway.
“Ahh, I suppose he has changed over the ages as well. He talked about going into hiding for some years after the changeling incident, but not for this long. Does the name “Timeturner” ring a bell?”
“Why, yes, it does. He lives in the town, handling the watchmaker shop. Wait… was HE around over a thousand years ago? Impossible!”
Applejack got up to the side of the Twilights.
“Ya know, Twi, considering you are talking to someone who WAS around a thousand years ago, while a horned amphibian scientist, your past future self and a parallel universe version of Pinkie Pie are walking with you… Is it really that impossible?”
Starswirl cleared his throat.
“I shouldn’t really spill every pony’s secrets here, I mean, I have already blurted out about the changelings and Nightmare Moon, but let’s just say he knows a thing or two about time, and is willing to share. Or at least were. Thousand years is a lot of time.”
As they passed through the gate into the swamp, the evening sun bathed the entire ruin and swamp in a red glow.
“Ahh, outdoor again. I can’t wait to stretch my wings.”
As Rainbow darted around the ruin entrance, Rarity shared her joy, but also had a few other concerns.
“Right, Rainbow, I can do nothing but agree. Sure, the swamp was terrible, but the ruin was even worse. Tell me, Starswirl, on our way here we lost one of our friends, a Pegasus called Fluttershy. Do you think you can find her with your scrying? She should be around here.”
The elder stepped forward unto the top of the steps leading down into the swamp, and gazed out into the swamp.
“Hmm, I don’t think that will be needed. She is right there. But you didn’t mention her alicorn friend. Nor her strange robotic… thingy.”
They joined him at the stairs, and as he had said, at the edge of the swamp was their yellow friend.
“That alicorn. She looks almost like…”
As Starswirl shed a tear, the others were more surprised than saddened.

Thank you very much to StoneGER for finding the source for this artwork.
lets think about it. For 4 manas you have: an 1/1 token. a 3/3 body with hexproof. And a random creature with cost (5>).
This card even have the potential to be the only creature of a blue deck, and have some way to put it back into the library for infinity creatures XD.
If i were you, I would remove that 1/1 token and make it cost [U][U].
And I don't get why you said "If ~ would be put into a graveyard". Couldn't you just say, "When ~ dies" ? Nowadays the word DIES replaced the text "if this creature is put into a graveyard from the battlefield".
Sorry for being an ass, but... The correct wording would be, if I am not mistaken:
Creature - Pony Timelord (not Time Lord. Because this way you have both the type Time and the type Lord) Hexproof. When ~ enters the battlefield, put a 1/1 colorless Pony creature token onto the battlefield. [U][W], Exile ~: Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card with converted mana cost 4 or less, put it onto the battlefield and put all other cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in any order.
Talking about powerlevel, this is too strong. 3CMC for a 3/3 body with hexproof that comes with a token and even has the ability to change for something bigger? if it costed [U][U][U], then, ok, but with this split mana cost the card can easily be considered as a colorless card in any UW deck.
Talking about flavor, Why is this card white? Everything on it directs me to think it is blue. Why is the token colorless?
You are in no way an ass, I apreciate all feedback I get. The token is colorless mainly because the pony tokens for this set are colorless, that is, they dont follow a general color scheme. The white part of this card is due to a two-faction divide of this set, with black/red/blue/green on one side and white/red/blue/green on the other side. But you could argue that The Doctor in this case is neutral, and can therefor be pure blue. Which brings me to... Balance. Sure, this card is overpowered, at least for a Rare card, and I plan to keep it at that slot, so I'll tweak the card a bit and reupload it. Finally... (\
